We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and offered convenient parking. It was located right beside a beautiful park, and transportation to the city center was a breeze with the bus and tram stops just in front of the hotel. The staff was outstanding- they made us feel right at home and even provided recommendations for somewhere to eat in the city center. Breakfast was also delicious and well-stocked.
Nothing bad to say.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was ideal for me as it was in a nice area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I enjoyed running in the nearby park in the mornings, it was a refreshing way to start my day. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at home throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good beds and a nice view of the bus station or the beautiful Josaphat park. Plus, the breakfast spread was satisfying and got me ready for the day ahead.
Everything was great, no improvements needed!

A beautiful modern, yet cosy hotel. Staff very welcoming, helpful, and informative. Supurb designer decor throughout. The twin room we had was very generous compared to other hotels in Brussels I've stayed in. Lovely warm, restful Lounge/bar with designer gas fire. Bus stop right outside the hotel making access to the city centre very easy.
The bathroom lighting was insufficent, and the bedroom lighting too complicated to opperate, I had to ring reception for instructions! Only one pillow which was very fat; two thinner pillows would aford the guest to use both or only one as they choose. I suffered a fitful night because of this discomfort.

Comfortable, clean and quiet room with a cozy atmosphere. The neon panel adds a touch of uniqueness. The double heavy glass window effectively blocks out the noise from the street. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Convenient location with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I liked the kindness of the staff. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for me. I appreciated very much to be able to use a free wifi access in my room
It was very warm in the room (just a fan, no air conditioning) and opening the window did not help as it was also very warm outside...and noisy. I was very surprised to have to pay for the coffee proposed in the room (facility of Nespresso coffeemachine in the room). Breakfast very expensive.

Good location, tram right in front of the hotel. Single room was spacious with double bed. Free wifi.
Breakfast for 18 EUR is too expensive.
